We're happy to announce that we have signed up to Zendesk to manage our customer support and we'd like to tell you how it benefits your rental business.

With Booqable’s impending launch we’ve been looking at an easy way to manage our customer support. In the beta we’re expecting a lot of questions and feedback from our users, and we want to handle that in the best possible way! That’s why we’ve chosen to use Zendesk, a great software solution (we love those) to help keep everything organized and be able to help our users in the fastest and most effective way possible!

Zendesk also enables us to set up a Help Centre for our users, where we’ll be creating an extensive manual for Booqable and where users can directly contact our support staff with any remaining questions they might have!

We’re very exited and can’t wait to connect with our customers through this awesome platform!
