How is the mobile app different to the desktop version?

The Booqable mobile app acts as a companion to Booqable's rental software. It is designed to allow you to complete daily tasks quickly just by using your mobile device. You can view all your orders and customer information, create and edit orders and customer details, and use the built-in barcode scanner to scan products in and out for maximum accuracy and efficiency.

Can I stay logged in on multiple devices?

Yes! Logging in on the mobile app does not log you out of the desktop version of Booqable, so you can stay logged in on all the devices you use. With the iOS version, you can take advantage of Apple’s Hand-off technology which allows you to continue working on the same order when you switch from your iPhone to an iPad or macOS device.

Does the mobile app update in real-time?

Yes! As long as you’re connected to the internet, the mobile app refreshes with new data instantly when you make changes or create orders on your desktop. You can even turn on notifications, so you get a notification every time you get a new order, someone on your team changes an order, or someone makes a note on an order.

Can I do deliveries with the mobile app?

Yes! While deliveries are not fully-supported yet, it is still possible to use the Booqable mobile app for deliveries. Many of Booqable's users like to use the app while they’re out making deliveries to view upcoming orders, mark orders as picked up or returned, accept payments, and find the delivery address of customers awaiting an order.

Does the mobile app work as a POS system?

Yes! The Booqable mobile app can be used as a point of sale (POS) system that allows you to create and manage orders, request and accept payments, and scan items as picked up and returned.
