Week 41 2025: Helpful image tips and updates across checkout, documents, and menus
This week’s release adds helpful image upload suggestions across the app, making it easier to follow best practices when adding product or logo images. Quick tips from our Help Center now appear directly next to every upload area, so you can optimize your visuals without leaving Booqable.
Alongside this improvement, we’ve made several updates and refinements across the back office and online store.
Fixes and improvements

Added product preview cards when hovering over stock item rows in the calendar, showing product details without losing order context.

Added a short delay before sidebar popovers close, making it easier to click links within Booqable without them disappearing too quickly.

In checkout, if only one delivery rate is available, it’s now automatically selected to simplify the process for customers.

Updated the “Additional scripts” description to better explain where your code is added.

Updated the message shown when trying to issue a refund with no configured security deposit for a clearer explanation.

Fixed an issue where customer address updates made during checkout were not reflected in order documents.

Fixed contract email formatting so headings and other text styles are preserved when sending documents by email.

Fixed an issue where menu changes wouldn’t save properly.

Fixed a layout issue on product pages where dropdowns could become misaligned when no variation was available.
