What’s New: New availability breakdown in the order screen!
Get a clearer picture of what’s behind each product’s availability with a more detailed popover on the order screen.
Starting this week, we are rolling out a new availability popover. We’re enabling it in batches for randomly selected users, so it won’t appear for everyone at once.
Not seeing it yet? We’ll be expanding access as the rollout continues so keep your eye out!
Other fixes and improvements
Back office

Made manual entry quicker in a couple of places:

When adding a barcode the cursor now jumps straight to the input so you can type or scan right away.

When editing downtime, the reason field is focused automatically and you can press [Enter] to save.

The in-app feedback form now includes a Birdie screen recording option, so you can record your screen and show an issue instead of describing it in text. This should give us easier to reproduce bug reports and clearer feedback.

Improved how Bo finds help content, so it picks the most relevant Help Center articles when answering questions.

We added clear “Ready to scan” guidance across the barcode scan screens (the navigation scan, the pickup/return scan, and customer profile scan), so the steps are more clear.
Online store

The “Load more” button now displays all remaining recommendations beyond the first 25. There are no limits to the number of recommendations.

The order breakdown is now fully visible when printing the order confirmation page.

The custom date field in the checkout form now appears white instead of grey making it clear that it is editable.

Fixed the mobile checkout summary wrongly adding the security deposit to the “Total due now” when a down payment was required. Mobile now shows the correct amount.

In the period picker, long custom-translated labels now display without overlapping the “Clear” button.
Products

Transparent images used to add a white background, but now keep their transparency. The back office shows a checkerboard behind them so you can see it.

Variations table scrolling has been fixed so products with many properties can be scrolled through again.
Apps and integrations
- New Weebly integrations are no longer supported. Current Weebly users are not affected. Products, cart and checkout are unchanged.
