Week 18 2025: Online store and payment experience improvements, plus fixes for checkout, product menus, and manual orders
This week’s update focuses on small but meaningful improvements across Booqable. While much of our work is happening behind the scenes on upcoming features, we’ve continued polishing the experience to make day-to-day tasks easier and more reliable.
Fixes and improvements
Online store and shopping experience
- The shopping cart now stays open after selecting a rental period, making it easier for customers to keep browsing and add more items.
- Product availability is now displayed on the calendar when using the “Go to checkout” option for products.
- Fixed an issue where some product collections were missing in the menu editor of the website builder.
Orders and payments
- Payment request descriptions now appear on the Payments page, giving you more context for each payment.
- Fixed a display issue where invoices showed incorrect information when they included archived bundles.
- Fixed confusing error messages when entering monetary amounts; these now display clear and understandable text.
- You can now open preview card content in a new tab for easier multitasking.
Back office improvements
- When rental period restrictions are disabled for manual orders, you can now choose specific times, not just dates.
- Fixed glitchy behavior when entering values in pricing structures.
