What's New: Bo AI Assistant
We’re excited to introduce Bo, an AI assistant designed to help you run your rental business more efficiently.
Bo uses the context of your rental business to answer questions, provide useful information, and perform everyday tasks.
What can Bo help you do?

Weekly or daily briefings
Bo can look at orders and find shortages, conflicts, upcoming pickups/returns, or quotes that may need follow-up. -
Answer business questions and create personalized reports using report data
Get answers to questions like “Which products generate the most revenue?” or “Which products should we buy more of?” and summarize useful takeaways. -
Market insights
Use Bo to search the web and gather information about the overall market of your rental business and analyze your competitors to identify opportunities. -
Optimize your account configuration
Bo can review your account setup and suggest ways to improve it. For example, you can ask about pricing structures, advanced pricing rules, or Booqable features that could help streamline your workflow.
Bo skills and memories
On top of asking Bo questions, it also has two useful functions:
Skills – Save prompts that you use often so you can trigger them with ‘/’ commands to save time typing it in every time.
Memories – Ask Bo to ‘remember’ specific information or ‘forget’ if you would like to remove a saved memory. You can customize terms that Bo uses or simply remember information specific to your rental business.
How to start a chat with Bo

Login to your Booqable account.

Click the “Ask Bo” button in the bottom left.

Start typing your question or use one of the helpful prompt suggestions.

Follow up with additional questions or use one of the suggestions if you still want more information.

Rate the responses with a thumbs up or down and give us your feedback!
