Week 33 2025: Manage refunds on the go from the Booqable Android app

This week’s updates bring refund support to the Android app, along with a clearer payment history and several improvements to payments, checkout, and order management.

Process refunds on the Android app

The Booqable Android app now includes support for refunds as well as full payment history for rental orders. You can issue refunds directly from your device, making it easier than ever to manage payments on the go.

Other updates and improvements

Payments

  • The payment overview no longer labels every transaction as a “Credit card charge,” since not all payments are made by credit card. Transactions are now simply shown as “Charge,” with full provider and payment method details available on hover.

  • The text shown when reserving funds on credit cards has been updated to accurately state that holds may remain in place for up to 30 days.

  • In the payment section of an order, long card numbers are now shortened to ensure both the card details and the “days left” labels display correctly.

  • The manual payment delete button now appears in red instead of gray, ensuring consistency with the rest of Booqable’s interface.

Online checkout

  • Text items in the checkout now respect line breaks, improving readability.

  • The “Check availability” option now displays the same times as the date picker, maintaining consistency between the two.

  • Fixed a minor issue where “EUR 0” sometimes appeared as “EUR0” when no amount was due.
