What’s new: Visual updates to reports and other improvements
We have made several improvements to consistency across reports to make it clearer to understand them at a glance!

Check out the visual changes we made to reports to make your experience referencing them better:

Tooltips in customer reports now use the same blue style as performance reports (instead of black) to make it more noticeable

Removed the green/red arrows next to Average order value (AOV) in customer reports as this indicates trends when this was not the case

Removed unnecessary “+” prefix for positive values

Updated green color for positive values and graphs for better visibility and consistency

Empty values (previously shown as “-”) are now displayed as blank in both reports and exports
Other fixes and improvements

Added a “Discount percentage” column to customer reports & exports that shows the current discount percentage of the customer regardless of the selected date filter.

Fixed an issue where customer profiles couldn’t be saved due to invalid custom field validation errors.

The downtime icon was removed from sales items since it was incorrectly shown.

Fixed a visual issue in bundles on the order screen where bundle quantity would overlap when using double digits.

Improved the layout of the right sidebar of the orders screen by moving the ‘New contract’ and ‘New quote’ buttons under the ‘Documents’ section and the ‘Send email’ button is now under a new ‘Email’ section.
