Week 50 2025: Add Elfsight widgets to your site, and import sales items alongside rentals
This week we’re introducing two updates that make it easier to build your storefront and manage mixed product catalogs.
Elfsight app now available
Elfsight is now available in the Booqable App Store, letting you add powerful widgets to your Booqable website without touching any code.
Enhance your pages with forms, reviews, social feeds, chat buttons, and more. Widgets can be added site-wide using the header or footer, or placed on a single page when you only need them in one spot.
Import rental and sales items in one go
Product imports now support sales items alongside rental items. A new product type field has been added to the import process, and the sample CSV has been updated to match.
This makes it easier to import mixed catalogs without splitting your data across multiple files.
Fixes and improvements

Improved section editing in the website builder. Hovering shows the section name, clicking opens the editor, and auto-scrolling is back with a small delay to prevent page jumping.

Fixed an issue where contracts could show more reserved items than the related order after stock items were removed. Counts now stay in sync.

Fixed edge cases where embedded product galleries could be covered by other elements. Galleries now always stay on top and can be closed.

Fixed alignment issues with main navigation headings in the back office.

Fixed an issue where product images in embeddable components could not be clicked.

Fixed an issue where login and signup pages showed the full store header and footer when login was required.

Fixed a button layout issue in the inventory section.
