Week 51 2025: Customer filtering, clickable collections, and improved exports

This week’s release focuses on making everyday tasks in Booqable faster and easier. You can now filter your customer list in more useful ways, manage product collections directly from the product page, and update the charge length for an entire order in a single action.

We’ve also made exports more practical by including the main product image URL, and improved downtime handling with clearer warnings and better support for archived products.

Fixes and improvements

Customers

There are now new filters added to the Customers page, allowing you to filter by individual, company, or marketing email subscription status.

Products and collections

Collection labels on the product page are now clickable and take you directly to the collection’s settings.
You can now remove a product from a collection directly from the product page, without opening the Edit collections modal.
When bulk editing collections, you can now click the collection label or anywhere on the row to toggle selection—not just the checkbox.
Changed the parent collection field back to a dropdown, making it easier to switch parent collections.

Orders

Added a faster way to set a specific charge length for all items in an order at once.
Added a button to open the availability calendar for a product directly from the product preview.
Added a warning when deleting products that currently have downtime, helping prevent accidental removal.
If a product is archived, the Downtime tab now shows past downtime records in read-only mode instead of displaying an error.

Exports

Exports now include the main product image URL, making it easier to access and download primary product images.

Bundles

Bundle price previews now update instantly when selecting product variations.
Fixed an issue where increasing a bundle’s quantity didn’t correctly increase quantities for bundle items that use variations.
Improved the variation picker in bundles so dropdown options are easier to access.
Fixed a layout issue on smaller screens where bundle tables could overflow.
