Because each box type is set up as its own product, the software works the same whether you rent a handful of box sizes or a large mixed inventory.

When a customer books and pays on your rental website or booking page, the order automatically lands in your Booqable back office. The boxes they reserved are immediately marked as booked for those dates, so another customer can’t be promised the same inventory.

Yes. Each box type can be set up with its own stock quantity, so you always know how many are available. When boxes need cleaning, inspection, or repairs, you can schedule downtime that removes them from availability for those dates.

Booqable can add a deposit to every order automatically, either a fixed amount or a percentage of the rental total. For deposits you’d rather hold than charge, you can authorize and hold the amount on the customer’s card from the back office, then release it when the boxes come back or capture it if there’s damage or missing items. Either way, security deposits can be handled directly from the order in Booqable.

Yes. You can price boxes by the day, set a flat weekly rate, or offer a lower per-day price on longer rentals, and Booqable applies the right rate automatically based on the dates a customer picks. You can also add seasonal pricing for busier moving periods.

Yes. The mobile app lets you create or update orders and take payments at delivery, right from your phone. When boxes come back, marking them returned updates availability on the spot, so the next customer sees an accurate schedule.

Yes. You can embed Booqable’s booking components into an existing website built on WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Webflow, and others, link out to a standalone booking page, or build a full rental site in Booqable if you don’t have one yet.

Yes. Booqable generates a rental contract from the order details, including customer, dates, and items, and you can add your own terms, liability clauses, and damage policies. Customers sign digitally before or at delivery, and the signed agreement stays attached to the order.
