Week 42 2025: Easier customer search and other improvements
This week’s update makes it simpler than ever to find customers by phone number, no matter how it’s formatted. You can now search using international or local formats, and even partial matches will return the right results.
Alongside this enhancement, we’ve made a number of smaller fixes and updates to improve consistency, reliability, and overall usability across Booqable.
Fixes and Improvements
-
Improved customer search: You can now find customers by phone number using international, local, or partial formats.
-
API order creation: Fixed an issue where creating an order through the API could fail when adding delivery or billing addresses. Orders now save correctly.
-
Draft order count: Resolved a discrepancy where the number of draft orders shown in filters didn’t match the actual count.
-
One-off pricing structures: Fixed an issue that caused changes to one-off pricing structures not to save properly for some customers.
-
Document layout: Addressed a layout issue where long tax names could stretch or break the layout. Text now wraps neatly to stay readable.
-
Consistent naming: Standardized the term “pricing structure templates” across the app for consistency.
-
Translations: Fixed an issue where the “Clear dates” text on date pickers didn’t display the correct custom translation on some websites.
