Week 21 2025: Add Deliveries to Your Rental Process
We’ve now enabled the new Deliveries app for 100% of Booqable users, making it easier than ever to charge for deliveries, offer delivery options during checkout, and manage them all from one place.
You can now reduce manual work, eliminate pricing guesswork, and offer a smoother delivery workflow that both your team and customers will love.
Set flat-rate or distance-based delivery prices
Choose how you wish to charge for deliveries:

Use flat-rate pricing (e.g. $25 for up to 50 miles, and $35 for 50 to 100 miles)

Set up distance-based rates (e.g. a $25 base fee + $1.25 per mile)

Define a minimum order total for delivery eligibility

Offer free delivery for orders above a certain value
Delivery fees are calculated automatically based on the customer’s address.
Delivery options in the online checkout
With the app installed, deliveries will be fully integrated into your online rental experience:

Customers can choose delivery or pickup while browsing, or during checkout

Delivery pricing is automatically calculated based on your custom rules.

Customer address details are collected at checkout, with no follow-up required
Manage delivery orders with ease
In the back office, managing delivery orders is simple:

Delivery orders will have a dedicated Delivery tab showing address, dates, and notes

Booqable flags any missing rates or invalid addresses to resolve issues quickly

For manual orders, you can add a delivery address and apply a rate
Stay organized with the Dashboard and Mobile App
A new Delivery tab in your Dashboard displays upcoming deliveries and pickups in one place.
In the Booqable mobile app, your team can:

Tap any delivery address to open directions in Apple or Google Maps

Access full order details without relying on spreadsheets or printed schedules
Support for multiple locations

Choose whether each rental location supports deliveries, pickups, or both

Pickup options are automatically hidden for delivery-only locations
