Week 20 2025: Draft emails, bulk actions, and label updates
This week’s release brings several usability improvements and bug fixes across emails, orders, reports, and the online store. Notable updates include the fact that emails composed from the order page are now saved automatically. If you start writing a message and leave the page before sending, your draft will be saved so you can finish it later without losing your work.
Fixes and improvements
Emails and orders
- Emails composed from orders are now automatically saved as drafts. If you leave the order page and return later, your message will still be there.
- The labels “To be paid” and “Outstanding” on orders have been renamed to “Due” to increase consistency across the Booqable interface.
Addresses and security
- The Canary Islands are now listed as a region of Spain, improving accuracy in shipping and billing addresses.
- Email notifications are now sent when your account is accessed from a new location, helping you stay informed of login activity.
Bulk actions and reports
- Bulk actions now apply only to the items shown after using search, so you have better control over which rows are affected.
- Single-document generation tasks are now hidden from the background tasks view, reducing clutter and keeping the focus on bulk operations.
Online store
- Fixed an issue where the online store would crash when opened in the Facebook browser on Android devices.
