Week 22 2025: Updates to Security, Calendar, Online Store & More
This week, we’ve rolled out several updates to enhance security, improve the calendar, and refine the online store experience.
Here’s what’s new and improved in Booqable last week:
Security improvements
- Clarified the setting for enabling 2FA for all users, no more confusion between your own login and team-wide setup.
- You’ll now get an email notification if 2FA is disabled in your account.
- Login activity now shows full location details, including city and region (not just country).
Back-office improvements
- Added a location filter to the calendar, so you can easily check availability by location.
- Only the final version of invoices is included when exporting. Earlier versions can still be exported individually if needed.
- Custom fields now appear in their own section on customer detail pages, clearly separated from default fields.
- Tags are now sorted alphabetically, making them easier to manage.
- Fixed dropdowns that were sometimes sticky while scrolling.
Online store updates
- Bundle product pages now show all contents at once—no need to scroll past the first few items.
- Booqable now generates a sitemap.xml for your website, improving SEO and helping search engines discover and index pages faster.
- Menu links now update automatically when you change a product’s slug (the last part of the URL).
- Added a subtle line below “today” in the date picker to improve clarity for customers.
- Added infinite scroll to the theme overview, no more clicking “see more.”
