Week 30 2025: Add extra flexibility at checkout with Pay later
This week, we’re excited to introduce a new feature that gives your customers more flexibility at checkout: the option to reserve items now and pay later. This update is designed to enhance the customer experience by allowing them to secure their reservations without immediate payment.
Let customers reserve now and pay later
You can now offer your customers the flexibility to complete their reservation without paying upfront by using Booqable’s new “Pay later” option at checkout. This feature is perfect for in-person payments, or situations where payment isn’t required immediately.
Backoffice

Delivery rates are no longer copied when duplicating orders. A clear warning is now displayed, explaining why the rate is excluded.

Locations linked to new orders can no longer be archived, ensuring they’re always available when managing orders.

The “Write AI product description” button now correctly updates the product description field.

All options in long dropdown menus inside the “Custom fields” modal are now accessible and scrollable.
Online checkout

Errors are shown only after submitting the form.

Fields no longer display errors immediately after being selected then left blank.

Spacing between fields is now consistent.

The phone number field now matches the error styling used across the rest of the form.
