Now in Beta: Product Bundles

You can now combine separate items into bundles. This new feature is currently in Beta, and will soon become available in our Pro and Premium plans. Many of you have requested support for bundles, and we’re excited that it’s finally here!

First off, what is a bundle you ask? Also known as packages or kits, bundles are a combination of items that you can rent out individually as well. Some examples are a DSLR camera bundle, a selection of table runners, or a bicycle package with a helmet and pedals.

By bundling items that are frequently rented together, you’re able to offer your customers discounted rental packages and, at the same time, bring more efficiency to your planning operations. Bundles also keep your quotes, contracts, and invoices organized, and reduce manual errors when checking products in and out of your warehouse.

Let’s find out how to create a bundle.

Note: Before creating a bundle, you must add your products to Booqable.

How to create a bundle

  1. From the main navigation, click Products
  2. Choose New bundle from the Bundles section or the dropdown in the top-right.
  3. Enter a name for the bundle (This name will be visible for your customers on documents and your website if you have bundles embedded).

How to add contents to a bundle

  1. In the contents section of a bundle, search for rental products, services, or consumables that you want to add to the bundle.
  2. Use the quantity fields to choose how many of each product you want to include.
  3. Next, you can add discounts for the individual items within a bundle.

Note: The contents with the least stock available determine the availability of a bundle.
