Cornel Pentz bought into the Rent a Bladder franchise in February 2020, just before South Africa went into lockdown. Something that Cornel discovered when he set up his location of Rent a Bladder is that it was challenging to stay organized. He found it hard to keep track of information that he needed on a day-to-day basis. For example, which client had what equipment, when the products were due back in stock, and where he needed to make deliveries.
In addition, it was hard to maintain his accounts as he didn’t know who owed him a deposit or the remaining balance of their bookings. All of these problems led to some issues with the daily running of the business until finally, Cornel decided that there had to be a better way to do things.
Streamlining management
