Get more insights into communication history with new email activity logs
We’re excited to share the new email log feature with you. It allows you to see a history of emails sent to a customer for a particular order. This gives you a quick overview of the history so you know what you’ve sent.
You can access email logs among the options on the right of the order screen. Once opened, you will see a history of the emails you sent with statuses showing if they were delivered. You can click on an email to see when it was sent and preview its contents.
In addition, emails can be filtered by date and sender, including those sent automatically when a customer books online. This allows you to see who has communicated with a customer quickly.
