Week 17 2025: More payment insights, improved availability handling, and other improvements
This week’s update brings more visibility into payment, smarter handling of stock availability, and a range of fixes to improve overall stability and usability.
Quickly access payment provider details
You can now jump straight from an order in Booqable to the corresponding payment in your provider’s dashboard (e.g., Stripe or PayPal). Hover over a payment to reveal the provider and click the link to view full transaction details, making verifying and reconciling payments faster.
Fixes and improvements
Orders screen: You can now hide the summary metrics at the top of the page for a more focused view.
Availability rules:
- Booqable now prevents you from setting stock item availability times (“from” and “until”), which would cause overlaps with other orders.
- Items marked for “temporary use” can no longer be booked before their official “available from” date.
Exports: An issue has been resolved where exported product data did not always match what was displayed inside Booqable.
Barcode scanning: Fixed an issue where scanning barcodes could cause the page to stop responding.
