How does the free trial work?

After creating an account, you get 14 days of full access to all features, add-ons, and apps. You won’t be charged until you’ve picked a plan and subscribed to Booqable.

Do I need a credit card to start a free trial?

No, you can start your trial without entering credit card details.

What happens after my free trial ends?

After your trial ends, your account stays inactive until you choose a plan. You can log in, but features are restricted until you subscribe.

How do add-ons like Online Bookings or Barcodes work?

Add-ons are optional and billed separately. You can enable or disable them anytime.

What is a team member, and how are users counted?

A team member is anyone who logs into your Booqable account. Each user counts toward your plan’s user limit. We recommend giving each person their own login for better tracking and access control.

Does Booqable charge setup fees or take a commission?

No. There are no setup fees, and Booqable doesn’t take a cut of your revenue. Grow and Scale plans include one-on-one sessions with an onboarding specialist.

What payment methods can I use for my subscription?

You can pay with a credit card. Subscriptions are billed automatically each month or year, depending on your selected billing cycle.

Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. We don’t offer refunds for unused time.

What support is included with my plan?

All plans include chat and email support. Grow and Scale plans also include one-on-one onboarding sessions and support calls.

Do you offer discounts for universities or nonprofits?
