The best businesses are born from the things people love doing. Nemanja Bozic started 904 Party as a hobby for himself and his cousin, Dario, to do on the weekends. Initially, they rented out bounce houses but quickly realized they wanted to become a one-stop shop for party rental equipment. They use Booqable to keep track of inventory and automate the booking process.

In May 2022, Nemanja and Dario decided to start a new hobby, and renting out bounce houses was the perfect option. It allowed them to have fun while making some money on the side. They bought a few white bounce houses and set up shop in their hometown of Jacksonville, Florida. However, they soon saw great potential in expanding the equipment they offered.
That summer, they started investing in more equipment and have continued to build their inventory ever since. They now offer pop-up tents, tables, decorations, bartending services, cotton candy and popcorn machines, outdoor games, chairs, inflatable screens, projectors, speakers, and patio heaters.
As their inventory and bookings grew, keeping track of everything and managing bookings became more challenging and time-consuming. Much time was spent explaining all their products to customers when they called or emailed about bookings and a need for more organization. Soon, they realized that they needed a tool to help get both issues under control.
Getting organized

This has helped them to be a lot more organized with how they deal with their growing inventory.
Booqable’s low-code website integration allowed them to add online bookings to their existing Ecwid website. This has made it easy for them to showcase their products and accept online bookings. The result has been that most bookings are now made through their website, as people can search and book like they would on an e-commerce website.
Additionally, the Booqable calendar automatically creates a schedule for them to follow, which helps the team stay organized. This means they can plan ahead and know what is due, where they need to be, and when. They can easily access upcoming orders from the mobile app, making checking out customers easy without constantly returning to the computer.
Continuing to grow
Online bookings have saved the team time and dramatically increased bookings while giving customers a better experience. It has also helped them stand out from competitors as they don’t offer online bookings. Meanwhile, managing their inventory in a centralized location that tracks availability has made it much easier to schedule their days and plan for growth.
This has resulted in more confidence and the ability to expand their operation to serve a wider area. Currently, they have plans to employ more people to grow their team and start taking bookings in the wider North Eastern Florida area.
