Account Executive - NA & LATAM

Remote, NA & LATAM

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our growing Sales team, focusing on the North American (NA) and Latin American (LATAM) markets. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business (95%) across all business sizes, from Start-ups to SMEs and beyond. You’ll also have limited account management duties, focused on a select number of high-potential accounts.

As an Account Executive, you’ll be the primary point of contact for prospects, guiding them through the entire sales cycle from qualification to close. You’ll need to understand the challenges our customers face and position Booqable as the solution that will best meet their needs. You’ll also conduct product presentations and demonstrations, clearly articulating how Booqable’s features solve the challenges faced by rental businesses.

As we continue to grow, your role will evolve, and you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our sales efforts in these markets. You’ll work closely with the product team to provide valuable feedback from customers, influencing the future direction of our platform.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and qualify leads across all business sizes (Start-ups, SMEs, etc.)
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential customers
  • Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations
  • Guide prospects through the entire sales process, ensuring a smooth and successful close
  • Build up a strong understanding of Booqable’s features and how they address customer pain points
  • Understand the challenges our customers face and position Booqable as the solution to meet their needs
  • Provide valuable feedback to the product team to help shape the future of Booqable
  • Manage account relationships for a select number of high-potential accounts post-signup
  • Adapt and contribute to a growing sales team, bringing your creativity and ideas

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role, with a focus on new business
  • 2+ years of experience in software sales
  • Experience in the rental industry (beneficial)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a small, dynamic, and fast-growing team
  • Experience with HubSpot (beneficial)
  • Experience with Intercom (beneficial)
