As our Customer Success Manager, you’ll ensure we’re providing the best customer experiences possible. You’ll engage with new customers to help them complete our onboarding cycle and increase product adoption rates through support and education. As the main link between Booqable and our customers, you’re also instrumental in providing feedback on how Booqable can better serve its customers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Having conversations with leads and customers using a variety of channels.
- Chase and engage with leads to move them further down our sales funnel and turn them into loyal Booqable customers.
- Create and maintain educational material to successfully onboard, educate, and close new customers.
- Partner with our product team to gather and analyze requests/feedback to develop our roadmap.
The qualities you possess:
- Prior experience in a customer success or account management role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to resolve customer inquiries and provide best-in-class support in a fast-paced environment.
- Document customer issues and translate them into actionable next steps.
- Think outside-the-box (and inside, too) to come up with creative solutions.
